Why do Turks love Arabs so much lately?

it's the same here in arab countries , we do hav turkish tv series more popular that the local ones , songs , we admire Erdogan stand against israel in gaza war, the turkish aid ship was something too ..... here in syria .. with the unrest most people think that turky got the key to stop assad from doing what he's doing not US or NATO intervention :S
