I found a ipod touch?

i was at the skatepark and i saw a bunch of guys sitting on a ledge and when they left i think one of them dropped it but i did not see what realy happened a while later i saw it and brought it home there was only a email adress that i tried to contact but there was no reply and its been more than a month. my dad says it could have been from another person skating around and put it there but of course nobody would just put a ipod touch on a ninety degree ramp........it is a ipod 2g
