Do you think I should be Allowed to Go?

I think it's hard for parents to let go of their children when they start getting older and doing things on their own. I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to enjoy time out with your friends at a place like that. But, until you have children yourself you don't know how hard it is to let them go. Things happen these days...kids do get abducted and raped and killed. So you're parents fears are not entirely crazy. I hope you can find some common ground with your parents.
